I definitely enjoyed my Chocolate Temptation Staycation early this year and am glad to be back again! Studio M Hotel Singapore has entered a new chapter with a fresh look and even pledged towards sustainability! Its contemporary stylish interior is definitely pretty cool to chill over no matter whether you are traveling for work or for a staycation to recharge.
Studio M Hotel is well known for its contemporary loft style rooms, and I stayed over in the similar one this time. Not forgetting to capture additional photos since the natural lighting is perfect. Yes, I took me quite long to decide which photo to feature here.
In regards to pledging towards sustainability which I had mentioned above, Studio M held a 2-days pop up event. Known as a Lofty Green Affair, the event showcased a series of workshops and booths to support local sustainable brands. There was even a live singing to hype up the event that night. What amazed me was that Studio M Hotel has partnered with Grobrix to install a few segments of vertical farming in Cafe Memo. Fresh produce of various varieties are grown and harvested inhouse.
Anyway, with Covid-19 regulations being less strict, hotel buffets could finally be self-service. We had our breakfast buffet at the newly renovated Breeze, on the same level as the pool. The food options were decent and I felt like I was having a meal in a garden itself. Luckier ones might snatch the seats facing the pool too.
