The Imperial Citadel was one of the prominent highlights of Hue and was where the royal family of Nguyen dynasty lived, we spent our entire morning till noon exploring it. One interesting fact, the Imperial Citadel was actually modeled based on the Forbidden Palace in Beijing, China! Pay an entrance fee and you could enrich yourself with knowledge and culture.

Are you someone like me who would love to have a little climb for a scenic view of the urban landscape instead of a hike up a mountain?
There are amazing things about climbing a city’s structure that would cause nature lovers to frown upon. We avoid the dirt and dust from the sandy slopes as the the concrete/stone steps would be way safer and bearable to the non adventurous. As nature lovers enjoy nature, we also could enjoy the beautiful architecture of the cities as we admire from a bird’s eye view. You might probably spot your favorite fast food joint from the point you are standing! Not only that, you would not be able to argue that the resting points within a building/structure could be way more comfortable!

There are countless famous cathedrals across Europe as the continent was steeped in religious history. I had my opportunity to visit some of these places of worship, which I have included to my travel itinerary from Germany to France.
