A Singapore brand established since 2005, Chui Lau Heung is known for its durian snowy mooncakes, durian pastries as well as desserts. One such innovative creation would be their Mini Mao Shan Wang Durian Crystal Mooncakes as shown, which comes in a dazzling “jewel façade” box. In packs of 2 and a total of 6 pieces, each mooncake had a translucent white skin of gelatinous texture. Choose to eat it frozen or let it defrost before consumption and enjoy the exotic taste of durian.
